Extend Your System's Value - PlayStation 2 Console Tips

In the world of interactive entertainment, it's pretty much a fact there are a lot of video game fanatics that are having a lot of fun with today's consoles of course, and there's nothing wrong with that. That being said, it doesn't mean you have to pay no heed to the console's of yesteryear. To start with, I would like to discuss things about the first PS2 model that was released. Let's just say that the video game console isn't exactly tiny, and because of that, it uses quite a lot of space. For folks that don't know, Sony ended up creating a thinner version of their PS2, which they ended up naming the Slimline. It looks great and just looks really sleek, thus being much more pleasing to the eye, and is supreme at using little amounts of space. So, that is my first PS2 tip. If it was my choice, my choice would be the Slimline. The video game platform isn't tough to get and isn't that expensive, so that's nice to hear. Now, I want to quickly talk about the power of purchasing used games. I don't think that a lot of console gamers would dispute that today's out-of-box video games are quite costly. In terms of cost, used games are much cheaper. Here is a quick real life example. I get my used games at my regional Blockbuster, and when I got to to Blockbuster and chose the video games I wanted to buy, I was able to grab a pretty awesome deal. I ended up acquiring three games for only $10 dollars. Yup, I'm talking about only $10 bucks. Now it is your turn to do the same! With that told, I am finished. I sincerely hope you have liked this article. If just for the titles already used, I want everyone to take their PS2 gaming platforms outside of their closet, blow away the dust, and plug it into their t.v.'s, because the PS2 is not even close to dead.
